Introduction

Mental health is a vital component of individual and societal well-being. Mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder affect the quality of life and daily functioning of many people around the world. Effective treatment requires a multidisciplinary approach involving various fields of science, including technology pharmacy, clinical pharmacy, community pharmacy, biology and chemistry. This activity will be attended by several speakers from various ASEAN countries starting from Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines.

This conference is looking for an organized panel containing posters, papers and individual research that outlines Optimizing the Role of Pharmacists in Mental Health Services in various areas of pharmacy. We look forward to proposals/abstracts from academics covering technology pharmacy, clinical pharmacy, herbal pharmacy, and community pharmacy to enhance a multidisciplinary approach in treating mental health enabling a more comprehensive understanding and development of more effective solutions for each individual’s mental health.
