By submitting the full paper manuscript to the organizers of this international seminar, the author agrees to the following terms related to copyright and distribution:

Copyright
The author retains copyright over the manuscript submitted for this seminar, but grants an exclusive license to the seminar organizers to publish the manuscript in the seminar proceedings and related media, both in print and digital formats.
The author confirms that the manuscript submitted is an original work and has not been previously published elsewhere. If the manuscript has been previously published, the author must provide reference or proof of such publication.

Distribution and Usage
The seminar organizers have the right to distribute the accepted manuscript through various seminar publication platforms, such as proceedings, the official seminar website, or related journals, while giving appropriate credit to the original author.
The author may use the manuscript for personal or other academic purposes, with proper acknowledgment that the manuscript has been published in this seminar.

Content Usage and Permissions
The author is fully responsible for obtaining permission and rights for any third-party materials (e.g., images, graphics, data) used in the manuscript, and ensures that all such materials have the proper authorization.
The author agrees to indemnify the seminar committee against any claims or legal actions related to the use of third-party materials in the manuscript.

Acknowledgment and Recognition
Any further use, distribution, or adaptation of the manuscript (e.g., in the form of a book or article) must obtain written permission from the author, while still acknowledging the seminar as the source.

PROOFREADING REQUIREMENTS
Before the manuscript is accepted and published in the international seminar, the author is required to proofread the manuscript themselves before submitting it for review, with the following proofreading requirements :

1. Writing Standards
The manuscript must be written in clear language, free of typographical and grammatical errors.
Manuscripts that do not meet the writing standards will be returned to the author for revision. The seminar committee reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet the quality standards.

2. Grammar and Spelling Check
The manuscript must be free of grammatical and spelling errors. If necessary, the author must use professional proofreading services or spelling-check software before submitting the manuscript.
The seminar committee may offer suggestions for grammatical revisions, but the author is ultimately responsible for the quality of the writing.

3. Format Compliance
The manuscript must adhere to the format specified by the seminar committee (e.g., font, text size, margins, line spacing, etc.).
The author should double-check the structure of the manuscript, including the abstract, introduction, methodology, results and discussion, conclusion, and references, to ensure they align with the guidelines provided.

4. Content Compliance
The manuscript must comply with copyright regulations, writing ethics, and must not contain plagiarism. Manuscripts with plagiarism exceeding the established tolerance limit will be immediately rejected.
The author must ensure that all references, tables, figures, and quotes are properly acknowledged and formatted according to the citation style recommended by the seminar committee.

5. Author’s Responsibility
The author is fully responsible for the accuracy and quality of the manuscript submitted and ensures that the revised manuscript meets the standards set by the seminar committee.
